I have been doing Nadi Shodhana & Kapalabhati every morning for about 2 years. I do them b/4 my vinyasa practice. What a difference it has made in my presence. Healthwise when I go in for my yearly checkup my blood gas reading is 100% which blows the dr’s mind every time. Since you started offering this I have added Bhastrika to my morning routine. I feel even better. Thank you. Would recommend pranayama to anyone!
Amazing how little time it took to tune into my body with greater awareness and presence. Just what I needed when I opened my inbox! Grounding and restorative.
This is great!
