Beginning Flow
This slow flow beginner class with Guy is a fluid and flowing, highly breath-centered practice intended to uplift your energy and give you clarity as you face your day. Note: It is recommended to have a block for this practice however this is entirely optional.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Such a lovely flowing class, very relaxing. Just a question - with the dancing pose and the 1 bent knee goes behind the other - I presume that it matters not if the hips move i.e. they don't have to stay facing forwards?
Feeling very relaxed for the rest of the day now.
Another nice practice with Guy. Love the movement of the spine and body in so many directions.
Oh and Guy... how about happy bug instead of dead bug. I am using it when I teach and happy bug sounds and feels better. :)
I really enjoyed this class! My first class with Guy and feel great. Nice way to wake up and get going!
Great way to start the day and the New Year! Thanks Guy and Happy New Year!!
