A Beginner Warrior I Practice
This beginner hatha yoga class has Helen guiding you through an exploration of warrior I and then balances it out with some nice stretches on the floor. You will see that this class is the combination of a few of Helen's shorter classes from her Absolute Beginner Series including: From Sitting to Standing, Warrior I, From Standing to Sitting and Reclined Poses.
I love the way she conducts the class. Her instructions are very clear and does not miss single suggestion. I found it helping in correcting my own flaws which I did not even know I had.
loved the class. just FYI, instead of ending with the savasana class, the reclined poses class repeats.
