We changed the level to intermediate becuase many people felt the intensity was a bit high for beginner. It is intended to teach the basics of flow to someone new to the practice, but also someone who is up for an invigorating practice.

When I first started doing yoga (a beginner), I literally did this class every time for the first several months! :) it was challenging but it is how I learned proper body positioning in pretty much every pose. It is where I started and how I gained my love and appreciation for DYWM and Fiji! You have it right, it’s good for beginners up for an invigorating practice.

Challenging but invigorating. There was a moment in the middle that I thought I might have to cut it short, but the movements started to slow down giving me the space I needed to catch my breath and finish. Its always amazing to me how yoga instructors like McAlpine time everything just right.

Intelligently and perfectly guided! (just as described in the write up) Fiji's instructions caused me to make little corrections to my body during poses which made huge differences in how they felt as well as ensuring I don't get little aches and pains from poor positioning. Thank you Fiji!
