Challenging but invigorating. There was a moment in the middle that I thought I might have to cut it short, but the movements started to slow down giving me the space I needed to catch my breath and finish. Its always amazing to me how yoga instructors like McAlpine time everything just right.
Intelligently and perfectly guided! (just as described in the write up) Fiji's instructions caused me to make little corrections to my body during poses which made huge differences in how they felt as well as ensuring I don't get little aches and pains from poor positioning. Thank you Fiji!
