What a lovely place to begin any/each time I come to my mat. Thank you! My hips and shoulders thank you.

Lovely, calming, slow-paced class with more stretch than strength or movement, but very grounding. Feels more like Intermediate 1 than 2, perhaps because of the relaxed pace and mostly basic poses - all very yummy though. Tracey is always a treasure, no matter the level!

II think intermediate 1.44, or maaaaaybe 1.56. ;-) Outdooryoga, what to you are the qualities between what might be an Intermediate I & II class? We all have different experiences and hopes of practice, and your assessment caught my attention. I, then, also wonder what are the criteria that DYWM uses -- what checkboxes, perhaps -- to delineate such classifications.

Yes, you can easily get lost down a rabbit hole, with the varying styles and teachers! Our rule is that the teachers decide where the class fits, then we remain open to suggestions from the community.

I was saving this class for a morning when I needed it, and I'm so glad I did. Thank you for a clear and invigorating flow! It was a blessing.

Thank you, as always, Tracey, for your clear instructions. I don't wear my glasses when practicing, and I appreciate your clear verbal coaching.
