Is there a specific name for the pose where you're in lizard and then you lift your back foot and reach back to grab it with your hand? Thanks!
I met the mat thousand times but today was the first time after almost a year off - how silly to disengage with yoga. Anyway, I found the courage and vulnerability to do it again despite I knew I would feel I have list it all. And I wanted this to be with you ;) Thank you for this very nice class. Now, I am connected again with my mat, merci!
This was a delightful session. I appreciate the pace, the balance of challenge and ease, the variety of poses, and especially the instructions, which are really clear and helpful. Thank you
Tracey, What a great grounding and thoughtful practice. Although we held poses for a long time, I was easily able to do it. What a surprise! My knees did not crack once! So something new to learn from your teaching! Namaste!
