Enjoyable relaxing class. I did feel though that there wasn't enough space in the poses for just being as there was a lot of talking - even though the content was interesting and pertinent. For myself, I would have liked the talking but perhaps towards the end of the poses (may need slightly longer poses) a silence.

I was skeptical first, but months of back/neck pain gave way to a very rewarding night of full sleep on my birthday. will be revisiting this one very often methinks! thank you
Beautiful practice, thank you. With the 'rainbow pose' I feel tension and sometimes pain in my lower back, do you have any suggestions for this? Usually I come out of the pose. Thanks in advance :)
