Bedtime Vinyasa Yoga
If you sometimes struggle with sleep and feel like the best thing you can do is a yoga class that helps you release excess energy and tension, Tracey's here to help. She slows the pace a bit, compared to other classes, and helps you prepare for bedtime with an intermediate flow, followed by a series of restorative poses that lead you seamlessly into savasana.

Just right -- pacing, sequences, transitions, length. And your cues are not distracting or annoying, just enough to guide. Interesting, short yet effective flow. Thank you again Tracey.
For me, the music was expansive and meditative. This workout was just what I was looking for--a short flow at the end of the day that helped my body release after sitting at the computer all day. Thank you, Tracey.
I normally love Tracey’s classes but I didn’t find this good for a winding down bedtime practice at all. The music put me on edge as it felt ominous, like something out of a horror movie. I think I heard police sirens in the distance at some point, and what sounded like someone clanking around with plates in the kitchen towards the end! Perhaps my overactive imagination, but I didn’t feel relaxed at all, especially with no savasana at the end! Ah it’s a real shame. The class itself is good (apart from the music) and Tracey is a brilliant guide as always, but I wouldn’t recommend this for a relaxing wind down class before bed.
I pulled up this practice after a day-long drive home. Just what I needed.
