Since I'm not advanced in my practice this was challenging but after giving myself permission not to get all the poses I was so glad I did the class. It's a great full body class and my shoulders are looser. I plan to add this to my favorites (among the many on your site) and hope improving my awareness and flexibility of my shoulders allows for improvement in my overall practice. Namaste

So excited about Fiji's latest class! I've been working on my forearm balance so this shoulder sequence is a really nice complement. Happy and challenging flow, and good music, too. Thank you!

I usually do Fiji's intermediate level videos but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could do this one :) I felt completely relaxed at the end and I loved how she reminds us to smile and not take ourselves so seriously!

I had to create an account just to post about how much I loved this class. I keep all my work-related stress in my shoulders as well as practice sword-fighting 2-3 times a week so I'm always feeling some degree of tightness and discomfort. This series really opened everything up and had my upper back and shoulders relaxed for the rest of the day. Thanks again!

Awesome class but not what I expected - I thought this was easier than the renewing power in flow series which was labeled intermediate while this is labeled advanced. I loved the feeling of being opened and energized after this class.

Yes, it's difficult to apply the appropriate level sometimes. I feel like they both hover between intermediate and advanced and it's best to go with the most difficult level to be safe. It also depends on what each student finds challenging...
