This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 5 - Twists in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. This fun beginner class with Melissa is focused on different twisting poses including reclined, on all-fours, standing, lunging and seated.
