I had no issue with sound whatsoever on my end it came out clear and loud enough. Also I felt the holds and talking wasn't extravagantly longer or too much. I do agree though that intermediate 2 may be helpful for a few of the poses. But most of the class is an intermediate 1 for sure. I personally loved the flow and it went by very quick. Thank you Tracey!

I cannot see how this can be rated intermediate I while the 1st day with Fiji of the challenge with was rated intermediate II. This is very tough compared to the first day and should be reated intermediate III! Too long holds and too much talking made me give up at around 39 minutes. So I can not and am not able today... Wonderful hip stretch at the end though.

I always learn a lot from your practice but I struggle to hear you. I am adjusting the volume up and down a lot. I don't know if there is a solution for that but be aware when your voice trails off some of us cannot hear where we are going.

Loved the steady pace and phenomenal positioning cues. I was able to tie into my central line so much better than usual!
