Power and strength are our focus as we play with the intention of “I can, I am and I’m able”. Hips, core, and side body are open as we lift up and into Bakasana followed by the balance in Hastapadangushthasana.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Thrive in 2025 Yoga Challenge. You can find Day 3 here.

Very fun and flow-y class. Nice side body and hip opening, well balanced stretching throughout the class. Great breathing and body placement cues. Very fun class with perfect amount of challenge for me. Thanks Tracey!

Wonderful,as always, Tracey.
I did also experience trouble hearing you even when I had my volume all the way up. Normally I have it a few notches under high.

Loved this class, it really helped with my tight shoulders, hamstrings and hips. I had earbuds and was able to hear Tracy, though audio did sound a bit quiet. If the website allows for it, bumping sound up and re-uploading the video would do it.

Slightly longer holds helped me sink into the poses better, which I really appreciated and consider a benefit of this class. I do agree that others might find it more challenging strength- and stamina-wise, but I would consider this Intermediate I in terms of pose difficulty. Except crow pose…my personal struggle!

Thank you, Tracey! You make me believe in myself – I still struggle to hold Bakasana for long, but I managed a couple of seconds today, the longest ever. And I managed a bind that I thought was beyond me! Yay!
