I do standing splits each morning as part of my brief wake up yoga. I often take hold of my ankle with both hands and I'm lucky if I can balance for 2 - 3 seconds. Today, with your gentle encouragement, I felt strong and steady as I balanced while holding by ankle in the splits. I don't know how long I stayed there but it felt great! Thank you, Araba.
I loved this class! I felt amazing afterwards. So energised and focused. Your voice is so soothing and it helped me stay calm within the postures and retain my balance.

This is exactly what I needed today after a long day of skiing. The holding of the balance is so impactful and requires so much concentration. I don't know how many times I wobbled and fall out. I need to work on this. Thank you.

When I first saw the title I thought, "I can't do this" I surprised myself. What a calming voice encouraging me along. Thank you!
Very useful descriptions. I usually get frustrated with the pauses in between but these were very helpful.
I always find balancing classes very humbling - loved this!
Found this class a challenge - but one I will return to for sure.
