Wowza! I’m just starting to ease back into practice and this is the way to hook me. Excellent class! Clear instructions, encouragement right when things are starting to burn, and interesting flows made this a home run. I got the subscription during the COVID offer and I must say, it was worth it. I feel great, thank you!
What an absolutely beautiful practice and teacher! Thank you so much, Tracey <3
Thank you Tracey, I needed a good stretch and this class delivered.
thanks tracey for another wonderful practice! i have been doing your classes for years and today while doing this one something occurred to me: when you say "root your tail/tailbone", i don't actually know what that means. i understand rooting through a part of the body that is touching the ground (hands/feet), and i understand when you say "extend your tailbone"...but how does one root a tailbone? THANKS!
