Join Tracey and settle into the cadence, the pace and rediscover the warrior within. Through warrior poses, gentle twists, and integrated movement you will unleash your power, your strength, and your fearlessness. You’ve got this!
Nice sequence. As newcomer I felt I needed more descriptive language for the last balancing poses. It was hard once in position (can't see the screen) to know where Tracey wanted my hands to go.
Tracey is one of my favorites, and I absolutely loved this new class with her! A bit of challenge, lots of good stretches and, as always, encouraging words along the way. As good for the body as it was for the mind.
Thank you Tracey for this beautiful perfect practice to start my Christmas Eve This was exactly what I needed today, it brought me strength and more importantly calmness to start the holidays. Namaste 🙏
Keep on swimming .... keep on swimming was going through my mind as we swam through the currents of this class together. Feeling lots of shoulder mobility. Thank you!
Hi Tracey, I love all your classes, but in this particular one, I just want to praise your voice. It's so calm and soothing. Thank you so much! Namaste from Singapore.
This was challenging for my sedentary COVID body but it was also a lot of fun and a great stretch. I modified where I needed and will return to this — and hopefully see some strength coming back soon!
Wowza! I’m just starting to ease back into practice and this is the way to hook me. Excellent class! Clear instructions, encouragement right when things are starting to burn, and interesting flows made this a home run. I got the subscription during the COVID offer and I must say, it was worth it. I feel great, thank you!
thanks tracey for another wonderful practice! i have been doing your classes for years and today while doing this one something occurred to me: when you say "root your tail/tailbone", i don't actually know what that means. i understand rooting through a part of the body that is touching the ground (hands/feet), and i understand when you say "extend your tailbone"...but how does one root a tailbone? THANKS!
Tracey is such a great teacher! Yes another great class. I will double check with Tracey on this question, but I think she means draw the tailbone under, or a bit of a pelvic tilt. There is a tendency to create a subtle backbend in our lower back in many poses, rooting the tailbone down towards the ground would bring the lower back into a more neutral position.
What an incredible class!!! I love your choice of poses - very creative. They flowed so well into each other! I loved the pace of the class and your soothing voice. Thank you again for another "downloaded" class!!
I did this practice in the morning right after I got up, and it was so invigorating and perfectly paced. I was so engaged with the flows, I forgot to turn my music on. Thank you, Tracey, for the twists and gentle cues and encouragement.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Tracey! I have been in search of a deep twist to help the sides of my shoulder blade or scapula. Since I have been working on my own practices in yoga, I have been suffering from deep knots between my rhomboids and scapula. This practice was perfect for me! My back felt more relived and the right side of my body (the tight side) felt more open! I love your classes and your flow of energy SO SO SO much. I have to say it 3 TIMES!
I have been a frequent visitor to the free DYWM classes for years, Tracy is my absolute favorite teacher and wanting to do this class was what finally tipped me over the edge. Now a proud subscriber and OH YESSS this alone was worth it. These last couple of months I haven't done as much yoga as I would normally want (and need) but this hour really made my body come ALIVE again. Pure bliss. Thank you <3
thank you for acknowledging how difficult it's been. especially this past week ive been so tired of it all, by far the most difficult time for me during this pandemic. what you said in the beginning of the practice and during really spoke to me. i wonder how much wisdom i need to build to have enough equanimity and resilience because sometimes there simply seem to be no limits to what we must endure. its also the loneliness that amplifies everything tenfold. thank God (what ever that may mean) for the creators out there who share their wisdom with the world. and thank God for YOGA.
3/14/21. Contemplatively paced class, with gradual, deep openings. Lots of release in the shoulders and inner legs; some longer holds, and deep twists. With Tracey's classes I always feel encouraged to stay within my body and to honor its limitations and abilities, and to modify as needed. Thank you!
This is a wonderful, creative practice with a perfect flow. Love it!!! I have been practicing with Tracey for years and this is one of my favourites. Offer it Up is a favourite as well. Thank you so much!
I'm a dedicated Tracey fan, and this might be my favorite of her classes. (I've never commented on a video before either--it's that good.) A wonderful, flowing, balanced practice. The class is mostly motion and flow, without being too fast paced--time to settle into and feel the postures--and with many twists and balances. Incorporates a wide variety of asanas--all the hits. I'll do this one again and again.
Did this on a day when I truly needed it -- I was totally caught in the crosscurrents. Twists, warriors, balances, an offered inversion (if desired), and Tracy's encouraging and pleasing voice. (Re)balanced the currents for me -- great title for the class!

A very timely class from Tracey, thank you! Always a treat to come to DYWM and find a new Tracey class :-)
I was so happy to see Tracey had a practice. It was lovely and well cued, as it always is when Tracey is the teacher/leader.
This is a wonderful, well balanced practice with several poses that mirror each side. It is well rounded. I loved it!
Wonderful side body opening and twists! This also might have to be one of my favourite Tracy classes :) I will be returning to this class often.
Great class. Thank you Tracey.
This is a wonderful, creative practice with a perfect flow. Love it!!! I have been practicing with Tracey for years and this is one of my favourites. Offer it Up is a favourite as well. Thank you so much!

So much wonderful lengthening of the side body, and many other wonderful sensations throughout the body. Thank you, Tracey! What a treat. JWIN.

So grateful to practice with Tracey!
