Love this class thank you! I need the slow gentleness for my back as i tend to go overboard and compress my backbends :) More advanced classes by Fiji please!

Out of all the yoga DVDs, videos and classses ive attended this is by far one of the best! love the focus and gentleness of thr backbends! Often i feel rushed or as if there is little focus on fluidity and breath i. advanced classes, but this class was so well-balanced! Thank you for this teaching and namaste! :)

That class was amazing. Really tough, but beautifully filmed and really easy to follow.
Thanks Fiji!

This is my absolute favorite video on the site! I'm a beginner, but backbends are my favorite so I decided to give it a try, and loved it! I still can't complete certain poses, but I just do easier variations instead, and I know I'll get there :) Thank you for this video!
