Pushing the beginner level slightly to prepare you for our next Pilates class in this series. Full body with strength, mobility, stability and stretch.
I’ve done some Pilates before but Kathi’s class had really interesting and seemingly simple, while challenging, exercises. Really enjoyed and I’m looking forward to exploring more of Kathi’s classes! Thank you for the introduction!!
Nice basic class for my first time doing Pilates but I found it difficult to follow without watching the screen. Was an short and easy class for day 4 of a challenge so I will be doing an additional yoga class to get my usually workout.
Thank you for including Pilates in the 22 day challenge. Pilates was the original reason I discovered DYWM many years ago and I love all the new classes.
I found it hard to follow/understand the instructions, (as most of the session was lying down it was hard to get help from looking at the screen). To me it was all very confusing and I did some self practice afterwards to feel that my body got a complete class. :)

I've done very little pilates. I suggest a note with beginner lesson link for those of us with little or no experience. I did enjoy the challenge.

Wonderful! This was my first Pilates class from DYWM & I really enjoyed it! Kathi’s enthusiasm is very uplifting.
Enjoyable class with great energy from Kathi. Clear instructions and easy to follow.
