Thanks, Kim - this was the first online yoga video that I've tried and I loved it! I was able to do the whole workout in between the twin beds of my hotel room. Very cool!

I loved this workout- Kim was clear and focussed in her style and she brought lots of awareness of body and breath to the session. I liked it because it was short and intense, fun and energetic!
