I really like the flow in this practice. However my yoga teacher always taught us to breath in AND out of the nose. That is not the case here. I find that the heavy exhale through the mouth takes the serenity out of yoga.
3 words. quick. easy. and effective. great when you wanna feel some heat w/o breaking a sweat.
