The exhale of the week, with its workload, its noise, and the running feeling. Realignment of the body and the mind for a relaxing Saturday evening. And the slow breath of the sea behind, wonderful!!

It absolutely amazes me that you can seem to touch every single part of the body and mind in one practice . The stretching the twisting the turning the mindfulness the peace.... what an amazing way to start the weekend...Namaste Tracey
