This class is meant to be a part of a series that you can see in our program Establish Your Core Stability and Strength and on our Yoga for Beginners page. This class shows you what a full-length class feels like when you put a lot of emphasis on core stability throughout. As we said in the earlier classes, the intention is to feel light as you do yoga, maintaining a slow, deep breath, while attempting to balance effort and release in everything that you do.

... and I've said that before about your classes, David. I've been a bit careful lately because of old injury playing up, and this class is excellent for awareness of lengthening with stability without provoking that old pain. Ah, lovely. Its like relearning how to do it properly rather than slipping into old habits which might be not quite right. Good on yer.

After a couple of months of 0 yoga (and I've never been a pro at it), I found this video and it's amazing (as are all of David's videos). It made me realise how much I missed doing yoga (both my mind and my body seemed very aware of how things felt 'different'), and also felt perfect to get back on track. Thank you David!
