Found this flow less challenging than expected, even though some variations are quite advanced and demanding in terms of flexibility and strength (crow to headstand, for example). I was expecting to build a little more energy throughout the practice (maybe it is because it is an only 37-minute-long practice)

I love how even after years of almost daily use of this website, I still discover amazing videos that I have never tried before, this being one. This is a wonderful, challenging practice to get you sweating, focused and enjoying some nice deep releases in the IT band. Love it for a busy morning.
