Activated Asana Series: Core
This class is Day 3 of the Activated Asana Series and focuses on creating and activating core strength to tie in the power of the upper and lower body. Having a strong and stable core will unlock potential in almost all your poses.

Day after doing this class: "Hugghhhhhhhhhh... guess it was the latter... I AM SO SORE." 😂
I usually gravitate toward the Int 3/ Advanced classes, but this one wrecked me. Don't be intimidated, though - it's easily modifiable to an Int 1 simply by using your knees in the plank positions and using the other mods suggested by Fiji.
The classes you enjoy the least are often the classes you should return to most - so I guess I'll be revisiting this one a few times a month! 💪🏻
