I'm the first to admit that when I see anything having to do with the core (and I think I have a pretty strong one), I want to run the other way! This was fantastic. I love how each movement was only repeated a few times and then you're on to something new. If a movement is repeated 10, 15, 20 times, it's so easy to give up, but this approach made core work more manageable and fun (did I just write that?!). Thanks!
