Many of us don't have the time to fit in a long meditation every day, so we have created this series of 4 tracks for you. It's more effective for the development of your focus and meditative mind that you practice shorter meditations consistently rather than longer meditations sporadically. So try these and establish a strong, daily practice just by pressing play.

Very relaxing, thank you!
Just completed 1 and 2, so relaxing! Thank you David, looking forward to the next time :-)
perfect short meditation, so peaceful and full of love. Thank you David
fantastic meditations particularly for a newbie like myself. thank you for these short mediations they are a wonderful tool. I feel like I have won the lottery finding this website! many thanks molly
I love the "Do Nothing" meditation. Can you recommend a longer meditation on that theme? When you asked your first question — what does it mean to do nothing — my answer was "failure." So you can see why I could use a more extended "do nothing" practice when I have time.
It is so interesting that we have become so conditioned to feel we are failing unless we are doing, and that there is not any value in allowing ourselves to be. When I struggle like this I remind myself that true moments of joy, happiness, connection, come when I am not in productive mode, they happen when I a being and am open to the beauty of life. David has a nice 21 minute meditation called turn it all off in this link, give it a try

Thank you, Fiji!
You are welcome!
David has a very calming voice and the body scan meditation is refreshing! Thank you..
Excellent . Loved it short and very engaging with the soothing and calming voice of the master David.
The shortness of the meditation helped me as I begin. I love the pace and David's voice. I will use the one many times during the week. Thank you.
I love these short meditations and David's voice is very calming. I have a beard so I am unable to perceive the breath on my upper lip in No.4. Instead I concentrated on the sensation in my nostrils. If there are other areas to notice please let me know, thanks. James
Ha! Great point, James. You can move your awareness anywhere, really. If it helps you feel the sensation of your breath, feel the inside of the nostrils then. Or the rib cage or belly moving with the breath.
What one needs when it seems that distraction is destroying your meditation efforts.
Love so much! Thank you!
These are really helpful. Thanks!
I am just starting and I really like the 'do nothing' meditation. The short meditation is a good start for me so I makes it easier to practice. Thank you!
I am just starting
Thank you, I love these meditations!
Enjoy the different suggestions of...."stop resisting life" and "let go some more".
Thank you so much for these free short meditations. They are wonderfully relaxing and centering.
I love this. Thank you
As a mother of 3 boys, 2 of which have special needs, and working full time as an attorney, being able to relax is not something that comes easy to me. Thank you David for these small but powerful meditations. Your voice is calm and soothing. It's not easy but I'm starting to get better at mindfulness.
This is again so strong and beautiful David. I already bought some of these, will do this also here. it is really comforting in between.
Between the meditations and the amazing asana practices, I swear I spend no less than 50% of my daily internet time on this site - and I don't regret one second. Thank you for this wonderful set of guided meditations.
I use these meditations in the morning as well as through out the day. I like being able to pause and center myself regardless of where I am or what I am doing. Earphones help me focus and provide privacy. Thank you.
I use your website to lead classes with fellow teachers, and today I stumbled upon the yoga program for chronic stress, anxiety, and depression. I am filled with gratitude. This comes at a time when I really need it - and with instructions that seem so simple and powerful and exactly what I needed to hear.
Thank you <3
Thank you for the great feedback. I can't tell you how much that means to me.
Take care,
David
