This is a lovely practice, but I could not achieve balance in any of the poses. It would be helpful to know how to modify them so that I can get stronger and work my way up to these! As always, Satiya is wonderful.

This was a nice balance challenge for my recently (a month ago) sprained ankle. I'm trying to build it back up to its former glory, and this class certainly helped! Plus, I felt so strong and joyful in airplane that I laughed when I stood back up. Thank you, Satiya!
Such a wonderful video, and the Instructor Satya. Great job with the lesson. Just one thing, a majority of us who come to this site are beginners with little or no idea. and these balances are a little challenging for us. if the video could be made keeping us in mind, we might find it easier to practice.
