14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Two
In day two, Fiji takes time with each yoga pose to ensure that you are doing them properly, as you progress through the fourteen days. Slowing down the vinyasa flow, spending more time in poses like plank, chaturanga, trikonasana and bridge pose allows her to cue the muscles that should be active, creating a more solid pose and preventing injury. Wonderful class to go back to the basics and readjust a few things. Thanks!!
Thank you for the motivation and inspiration to do yoga every day for 14 days! The classes yesterday and today have been great for strengthening and stretching and very well choreographed.
Nice abbreviated class, Fiji! I've been doing yoga for about 20 years and continue to learn new things. In this class, it was the proper alignment for my hips in triangle pose. Thank you!
Loved this! So many great alignment tips to remember. Especially loved the help with boat pose, I haven't got a lot of core strength and so needed help with that one but it isn't often explained in detail.
