14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Two

Intermediate II

In day two, Fiji takes time with each yoga pose to ensure that you are doing them properly, as you progress through the fourteen days. Slowing down the vinyasa flow, spending more time in poses like plank, chaturanga, trikonasana and bridge pose allows her to cue the muscles that should be active, creating a more solid pose and preventing injury. Not boring at all!!!! This was a great second class. Different pace than the first but static poses gave me the opportunity to really focus on the details and alignment . Thank you Fiji for the time and energy you put into each class!

This slow and deliberate class was a great way to focus on alignment in some common poses, and I found it very helpful to revisit Warrior I & II and Trikonasana with this level of attention. Thank you, Fiji!

It's always great to go through the basics and be reminded about proper form. Also, I was worried I was going to have to skip Day 2 because I had a long day at work and then a dinner with co-workers from out of town. I was so happy when I got home and saw that this was only a 30 minute class and that I could fit it in before I had to get my beauty sleep!

I love classes where the focus is brought to alignment and we really thing hard about how our bodies fit into each pose. Thank you!

I loved day two for its focus on the specifics of the poses - how to activate and protect the body and how to transition so that I feel stable and strong.

very good explanations on how to keep safe in each pose, but not enough stretching for my morning. had to do a few more poses after this practice. also should be rated beginner.

Thank you for the motivation and inspiration to do yoga every day for 14 days! The classes yesterday and today have been great for strengthening and stretching and very well choreographed.

Nice abbreviated class, Fiji! I've been doing yoga for about 20 years and continue to learn new things. In this class, it was the proper alignment for my hips in triangle pose. Thank you!

Loved this! So many great alignment tips to remember. Especially loved the help with boat pose, I haven't got a lot of core strength and so needed help with that one but it isn't often explained in detail.
