14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Three
Day three of your 14-day yoga challenge is a shorter class, so Fiji moves more quickly into a power vinyasa flow, with lots of transitions into chair, a few challenging foot balances and core strength workout near the end, to take you into a well-deserved savasana. Click here to go to Day Four.

Sweet Day 3 - love the idea of simple benchmarks to come back to!
Another amazing class. I felt like I'd lost a lot of my previous fitness, and this class was a great reminder that it wasn't as bad as I thought, and more importantly that it doesn't matter. An amazing class physically and a brilliant reminder to enjoy exactly where I am and appreciate now. Thank you! :)
I am loving these, Fiji! Thank you. As I said in a previous day, I am at a beginner level, but it is fun to challenge myself while seeing where I can aspire to be if I keep working. I am looking forward to the next 11 days. =)
I'm loving this, but am not quite at an intermediate level. I'm 63, not real flexible and had not done yoga in a while before I joined Do Yoga with me. I started out keeping up, but just repeated this class, and am thinking it would be best for me to go more slowly through the classes, and especially repeat some of the foundation classes before moving forward. I hope that the classes will stay up long enough for me to, in a sense, do the challenge in this different way. 5
