Thank you Fidji. I decided to try myself at this 14-day challenge. This first class is a wonderful approachable yoga practice for the whole body. It's a steady Flow, not too slow, nor too fast. The perfect balance. I felt very focus and relaxed despite the deep stretches. Looking forward to the next classes.
