On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

I started this before Covid-19 really took off. How dramatically different life is in just 2 weeks. This challenge has kept me grounded and given me something to look forward to every morning. Fiji, you remain one of the best teachers I have encountered in my life. I hope to join DYWM for a retreat some day. Until then, I will keep looking for routines that stretch my body (and soul) and allow for that extra deep breath that is unique to being on the mat. Thank you!
This challenge is so amazing!!! I felt so strong and capable in this practice today, it was incredible. I agree with someone else in the comments here that I appreciate that the classes in this challenge are all under an hour. I do like longer practices on the weekends when I have more time, but with these shorter lengths, I never have an excuse not to fit the practice into my day one way or another. Thank you again and again Fiji and DYWM, you have enriched my life so much, and facilitated so much healing and discipline for me.
