Second time through, loved this challenge--every practice I ended with a heartfelt "Thank you, Fiji." I purchased the full challenge for when I can't stream the video and will be doing it again.
I really enjoyed this 14 day challenge. Day 14 was excellent, except the video kept cutting out at 25/26 minutes in, which was really frustrating. I don’t know if it was the Wi-Fi or the video, but I was determined to see it through to the very end. It was just enough of a challenge that I couldn’t do everything but I was so almost there. I definitely feel stronger. I am also thankful that I have had this opportunity. Many thanks Fiji, I love your clear, calm instructions and your choice of poses and your focus on gratitude at the end of the sequences.. Namaste.
