10-Minute Wake-Up
Many of us only have 10 minutes to spare before or after work, as parents or because of a busy life. This quick, power yoga flow class packs the punches in a short period of time, moving you through a vinyasa that strengthens your shoulders and core, loosens your body with shoulder stretches and backbends and finishes with seated twists.

I really like this class! I would love to find a challenge or series of morning classes that are max. 15 minutes long - the days with Yoga like this in the morning are just so much better. Longer classes are not really practical for many people like me I guess

I do this class everyday before lunch. Very very nice for whole body. Quite fast .
This is my all time favorite class on doyogawithme! It is my go to wake up yoga, mid day break or anytime I need a quick pick me up to work out the kinks. It is very active so feels like a good workout in just 10 minutes!
