Many of us only have 10 minutes to spare before or after work, as parents or because of a busy life. This quick, power yoga flow class packs the punches in a short period of time, moving you through a vinyasa that strengthens your shoulders and core, loosens your body with shoulder stretches and backbends and finishes with seated twists.

I thought 10 minutes would be a waste of time. this was awesome. great way to start the day. thank you
I was surprised at how much I was able to get out of a 10 minute class. Tracey sure gets you moving quickly! Was a great way to round up my cardio workout before starting the day.
If I only have ten minutes, this will be my go to! Loved it!
Pretty short, but still a great way to get moving on days that there's not much time.
This is a practice you can do any time of day and gives you a shot of energy
Fast and super fun--just wish it was longer!
Nice to have a short class where I can sweat a little. Perfect pre-meditation exercise. Thanks!
Quick and simple flow but it really gets you moving. It would make a good warmup for another class

great practice but too short:(
great practice but too short:(
That is a powerful 10 minutes! I was a little disappointed when I saw the length of today's class. But this was fun and I feel good.
Great practice to get the warmth started in the body and to stretch out stiff muscles. Is a good practice for those mornings that are tight on ge schedule or a quick pick me up after work.
Perfect pick-me-up any time of day!
Fabulous quick practice for those early mornings with very little time. I’m ready to greet the world!
sweet quick morning flow to fire the legs and connect the back to its moving limbs. I missed a little mantra as inner guidance this time but it is ok! I feel awake and in a very good mood!

This class was fantastic! Thank you Tracey for a short morning flow that is intense enough to really open the body but short enough to be manageable before my train!
I usually can't do yoga in the morning because of how stiff my neck, shoulders, and upper back are at this time of day. I know that many people do yoga to help them loosen up, but I've found that too many forward folds in the morning causes some headache problems.
This morning though I woke up with a headache and thought, well, it can't get any worse than this! So I did the class (after drinking lots of water and taking some medicine) and now I feel great!
Short but effective and invigorating! Will definitely revisit this when I have limited time.
I’m totally awake!
perfect ten-minute yoga!
I love the quick pace of this one. It certainly woke me up.
great quick flow! wish it was just a tad longer. always love Tracey's classes :)
Quick but incredibly satisfying, thank-you
Quick but incredibly satisfying
This is a short but perfectly balanced and pleasant practice. I really appreciate Tracy, she has a lot to share and teach. It motivates me when I practice with her. Thank you.
Each time I practice with Tracey feel her energy, her love and compassion... she is a wonderful teacher.
Quick pick me up
I could’ve done this for an hour! Nice quick wake up- way too short
Nice flow, wondering if this is an older class, I don't love the voice overlays. Namaste!
Ive been doing this "10 minute Wake up" practice for over 5 years on and off. Its absolutely perfect for those (many) days where I typically just wouldn't do yoga because I didn't have enough time but there's no excuse with this. Everyone can fit 10 minutes in, and I feel incredible after- breathing, stretching, warming up and energizing my body and mind before work. I love it. Thank you (again) for this fantastic practice, Tracey!
I like this 10-15 minute practice before heading into the working mind again. It is a motivation for doing it daily :)
I added a few more shaturanga to fire up and 3 min breathing at the end.
Thank you for a nice morning practice after another warm up practice. The wild thing and twists felt great.
I did this practice after another short practice so I was warmed up. Not sure I would want to do this first thing in the morning w/ sleepy joints since there is no warm-up. Overall a quick flow that squeezes a lot into a very short amount of time. Good for those days when I need a little "extra" after a shorter practice. THANK YOU!
it’s a perfect warm up and wake up when time is so limited, I keep coming back, thanks so much Tracey
Great wake up for the week in very little time.
I return to this practice again and again when I have precious time and want whole body awareness. Whether I do it in the morning or after work, I find it an invigorating top to toes alignment. Thank you, Tracey!
Perfect quickie energizer for early mornings or anytime. The music in the first part is very atypical for yoga, it has a reggae vibe, but I LOVE it! It just made me smile, made me happy. The flow is perfect, too. Fingers crossed I can memorize this one to be able to do anywhere and anytime.
Love this every time I do it! Great for a warm up before a workout or just for an energizer during the day!
All wrapped up in a neat little package. Short, effective, I combined this with a couple of other short sessions.
You can always find time in the morning for this one!
this class is absolutely perfect! Tracey helps you create a lot of energy, space, and peace in a short period of time. I can tell I will be coming back to this class again and again.
Perfect when you have no time.
I added this class onto another short class and the combo was nice. I read some other comments re.: the music before I watched. I liked the music, but honestly, I hardly noticed it! It was really just background. Thanks, Tracey!
I also loved the short wakeup practice. And the music's kinda funky, which fits in with a wakeup routine. Good overall stretching.
This was such a great sequence!! I feel a lot better even after such a short practice. I'm getting warmed up to go on a jog.
Great way to get revitalized for the day!!!!
Why the music in the background? I found it too annoying to listen to more than once, unfortunately.
I didn't have enough time for my practice and at the end I felt so complete in a short time. Thanks Tracey, thanks DYWM
As someone who only has the time to do about 3 full yoga classes a week, I love having the opportunity to do a quick 10 minute yoga routine in the morning. This way I can do yoga EVERYDAY!
