Many of us only have 10 minutes to spare before or after work, as parents or because of a busy life. This quick, power yoga flow class packs the punches in a short period of time, moving you through a vinyasa that strengthens your shoulders and core, loosens your body with shoulder stretches and backbends and finishes with seated twists.

Nice and quick - all I had time for but good to get some movement. I don’t like the older narrated videos like this though and the music was pointless and distracting (but I always think that about the music in these videos). Otherwise great!

This is a great quick one to do when you really don't have time but want to get a little something in.
Amazing how good just 10 minutes can make you feel! The shorter classes this week was a good rest and has me feeling ready and excited for the longer practice tomorrow~

Nice short program. First time on DYWM that I felt that I should have looked through the video first.
Voiceover is not my favorit since I use the sound of movement and breath to sync/know the movement.

Such a lovely way to start my morning! A brisk pace of movement and a good flow worked up a little sweat and I felt so AWAKE! Felt weird that we didn't have a wild thing stretch on both sides, but still an invigorating practice.
Tracy makes Wild Thing look so easy. Maybe someday. This was certainly an energetic practice for ten minutes! I liked it.
A nice, compact session to help wake up the body first thing in the morning. My only request would be more hip and hamstring openers.
Really enjoyed the smooth flow of this class. I liked the music and the instruction. It was one of the first classes where I could just listen and do the movement with double checking the video. I feel lighter and more flexible this morning. Thank you DYWM and Tracey!

Fantastic 11 min warm up. Definitely a goto class for morning energizing or prelim to any other class to start your day. This will also be my quick break from the desk or anytime I want to make all my cells happy. Thank you!
