Always such a pleasure to practice with Guy! I am recovering from Covid and have been unable to do my normal vigorous exercises. This class was a perfect pace of movement, breath, and strength without overexertion.

I just finished the first week! I am so grateful for the slow and stead progression through the careful introduction of the breathing, bandhas, and the core strength! I have learned so much about some of the subtle shifts and foundational aspects of doing a precise yet liberating practice. Thank you so much!!!

This practice dropped just in time! My shoulders and neck were out of joint, just not feeling right. It's amazing how much better they feel after this practice. Thank you, Fiji!

Ooh what a wonderful class! Such a good release for the shoulders and so strengthening at the same time. I could reall feel it building on the legs class from the previous day, too. Can't wait for the core class, absolutely loving this series so far!

Woman. This was amazing! I followed a bit of the live IG chat with Andrea, and yes, the chaturanga queen has changed her practice, but the intentionality with which we made those 3-4 chaturangas was, as they say these days, everything. My upper body's super weak and it's difficult to stay mindful and not cheat my way through a lot of practices, but this one wouldn't let us! Thank you <3

Awesome class, transitioning from Intermediate 1 to 2 is providing some poses I can’t get into yet, but good to stretch me!
