Thank you for this quick wake-up and strengthening sequence! I did the side planks on forearm instead of hand because of wrist issues. It seems to challenge the core in the same way and might help the shoulder stay in place. Any thoughts on this change?

The stretches were great but I was becoming increasinglly irritated by all the talking. Way too much talking for sure

What a grounding practice! Perfect for the first day of spring. Loved all the earthy asanas and pace of the class. Allowed me to really feel into each pose. Thank you so much, Josh!

Thank you David. I have done this class many times, being a hiker, backpacker. It is simple yet really does the trick to release the neck after a day with my pack on.
