I have not moved in 10 weeks since being ill. This was perfect for coming back to the mat. I will be doing this a few times to get my body moving again. Thanks Tracey!

Thanks for the feedback everyone. It looks like it's best to leave it as intermediate, but I'll include in the description that it's a more challenging intermediate class due to the long holds.

I love this class! I have repeated it several times now and am finally able to stay in wheel pose for longer than half a second without collapsing ;) Thank you Fiji!

I read an earlier comment from someone with fibromyalgia and arthritis. I also have both, and this was a wonderful stretch for my sometimes locked up shoulders and hips. This is my first video with DoYogaWithMe, and I'm already a believer. Thank you!

Dear Peter - thank you for creating these beautiful yet down to earth guides to mindfulness meditation. I listen to them several times a week and they are an essential part of winding down after a busy day. I have been using various online meditations and podcasts for the past four years now and these are by far some of the best I have found.
