I loved this, I'm in pain in my left hip and nothing seems to touch it, running and sitting aggregate it (but as an office worker and a runner I need a solution!). These new deep stretches reached parts I can't normally find. I'll be back for more!

Hi! Thanks for the feedback about the verbal instructions. I'm always trying to leave more silence when I teach (in person and online) and it's tricky to find the balance between too much and too little. I may have missed the mark this time :) If you do the class again can you let me know what you think the second time around? Also there are some new poses in there (that poas release on the block on your back for one) and I wonder if that added to the lack of clarity. Anyhoo, I'd love to know what you think on round 2. Thanks!

I enjoyed this because some of the poses were either too lengthy or too difficult for me to attain/maintain in my current state. I feel that as I strengthen, my ability to keep up with this class, which is currently just out of reach for me, will be an excellent marker of my progress. Thank you.

Dear Melissa,
Like the previous comment I echo the “love your classes” to the power of 10!
Thanks to your gentle, kind and authentic pace yours is exactly what I need(ed) in learning about this relatively “new world of yoga”. Incidentally, your “fear-free” approach (“this will come with time”) to teaching has even inspired me in my own work as a college lecturer in foreign languages.
And one more thing, I now feel comfortable and ready to “click” intermediate!
Thanks for being here!

I can’t thank David enough for this class! I have herniated discs at C4 and C5. The left side of my neck tenses up to protect them. The pain from the tension at times becomes unbearable to the point of giving me a migraine headache and making me nauseous. This class is the only thing that I have found that truly helps. Don’t get me wrong, I spend the first half of the class panting as my pain is about an 8. But l know if I can just make it through the first half, the pain will drop down to about a 2. I strongly recommend this class for anyone with neck issues. It has literally changed my life! Thank you, David.

Thank you Tracey for such a lovely class. I didn't realise this one was advanced when I chose to try it... and I can't do lotus at all... but I still really enjoyed it. My hips felt nicely stretched and my half lotus was much more comfortable by the end, which was great. :)

This practice is exactly what I needed today. I was so sore from a run yesterday that my entire body ached and my mind was restless. Thank you for calming my mind and body!

I loved this simple stress relieving practice but it was hard on my knees and feet to kneel that long. I used support but still struggled.

Yay! This is my first intermediate class and it went very well.
I started with David’s tutorial s, tried some other instructors as well (Melissa in particular) and now after one year - have the confidence to move beyond beginner to intermediate.
Thank you DYWM from the depths of my increasingly stronger core!

There is definitely something strange about this clip. I got this message twice Error Code: PLAYER_ERR_TIMEOUT
Session ID: 2018-04-23:f4ecb92825e4b41ed354abc4 Player Element ID:1. Also this was the second time I loaded the class tonight as the first session froze at 13 mins. That being said its a lovely class when it works (despite having to get up to tweak the computer). I wonder whether other people have had problems? It is strange that there are only two comments under this video. I'd love Melissa to rerecord this one; its perfect after a day's hard work in the garden. Cheers.
