Thank you, Anastasia, for this great yin class. The positions are basic but very well chosen, stretching all your body. The explanations are clear and calm, which helps concentrating. I liked the emphasis in pranayama.

I love how Krista incorporates the breath of fire into some of the poses. Also, love the alternate nose breathing as a wonderful way to close the class. Enjoyed all of the shoulder stretches as well. Thank you for a well balanced and fun class!

I adore Tracy's classes as I feel like I usually am able to get every bit of my being stretched. This class felt wonderful on the hips, quads, psoas and shoulders. It's perfectly paced and peaceful. More Tracy classes please!

I've been really enjoying Crista´s classes in the morning. I love the mantra singing at the end. Its such a great way to end a class and start my day. I would like to know how to find the mantras so I can learn them as well. It would be an added bonus if Crista could write them in the description. Thanks Crista

I have L2, L3, L4 herniations caused by my hip and constant sports.
After a year of pain, cortisone injections and physio I found this session.
Only then did I begin to trend back to mobility. Thanks to this practice I managed to postpone and finally avoid surgery.
A year later of sticking to it, I'm actually pain free.

What a great class starting off strong. I found this challenging but very accessible. I feel phenomenal and look forward to the next 20 straight days of wonderful, healing, strong yoga. ❤️

using the block was so helpful!! i did a class earlier this summer on chaturanga which was helpful, but using the block between my thighs took me even further. sometimes i feel a pinch in my lower back when i flip to upward facing dog, but this time i didn’t. i will forever think about the block to help me engage my core. thanks fiji!!
