I'm super grateful for this class, thank you so much! I've been an active DYWM user but since the start of my second pregnancy I put my mat aside for a bit of time. I missed doing yoga so much that I desperately browsed through the classes today when I accidentally bumped into this awesome course! It was exactly what I needed!:) A bit of stretching and rotations but not too much. It's going to be a lifesaver for me for the upcoming weeks! <3 I can't wait to try your other prenatal classes. Is any of them also recommended for the 1st trimester? many thanks and greetings from chilly Budapest.

I don't think I had done this practice before, and I have not done a yin practice for at least two weeks-a month. This practice
was exactly what I needed on the first day of my cycle, after having an intensely emotional last few days. All the quotes, meditations, and poetry Anastasia recites throughout were nice little grounding reminders. This was also a good reminder for myself to make more time for yin yoga!

Yes, I do love to run. I've told allot of my triathlete friends about this site. They could so benefit from it. One of my running books talks about the importance of flexibility and stretching and the benefits of holding the stretches longer. I'm growing to love yoga and it's only because of this site. I really hope you consider doing another Yin Yoga class. No Pressure! :-) The ques you provide while instructing the class are excellent.

I would probably not have chosen this class as it has a couple challenging poses that are way beyond my ability right now. Fiji does a great job of keeping the audience focused and comfortable with their version of the pose, wherever they are today. Psychological safety and permission to try. And envisioning myself in the peak pose eventually.

So, for the first 20 minutes of this class, I made up so many excuses in my head on why I was going to stop it early: 'too tired', 'too weak', 'not the right mood'...but I didn't stop it, I stayed till the end and to get there and hear Fiji speak her final words on commitment and mustering energy or whatever we need to muster to stay determined- I realised that had been the perfect class for me today. Thank you Fiji

I do yoga to prepare to meditate, and would not have opened this class if I knew it begins with over 15 minutes of lying still. I'm not sure it belongs in the Beginner to Intermediate program, which is how I found it.

I was even more disappointed when I checked the reviews for this class to see if others with similar practice still found it worthwhile. Many judgmental comments suggesting that people who don't like the class just don't understand the point of yoga, or are imbalanced, or not mindful. It's sad to see so many negative comments and assumptions about others that really should have been moderated, in a yoga community of all places. Unfortunately the whole experience of even visiting the video was really negative.

"Be grateful for where you are." Beautiful sentiment and spirit for this practice. Some days wheel pose feels (almost) good; most other days it feels like it's an injury waiting to happen. This compact practice gets right down to it to open the upper back and chest and made wheel (briefly) do-able for me today. A comprehensive class for how short it is - I appreciate these shorter practices. I especially appreciate Tracey and her teachings here. Thank you!

One of my weaknesses practicing yoga is an all-or-nothing mentality. "I'm not going to do a video because the baby will wake up from his nap and if he interrupts me I'll be in a worse mood". These short, energetic videos can't be the basis of a daily practice, but they are a lifesaver when I'm procrastinating. Thanks!

Oooh a new Fiji class! This started slowly and was a gentle, calming class but quite challenging too in places, I really enjoyed the pace and flow, and there were lots of wonderful releases for the shoulders which I always appreciate! Great stuff again, thanks Fiji!

Thanks for a great class! Some of the poses were challenging- but i appreciate how there were many options to each one. Also having lots of forward folds definitely helped me with my flexibility. Thank you Fiji!

Best Christmas present ever logging in to find all these new classes! Thank you Tracey, for continuing to teach me strength, patience and most of all, to let go!
