well explained. Great for seniors who have never done yoga. I wonder if an alternative could be provided for those of us who want a refresher but still have some flexibility, and want to get into it again. A chair is a great idea for those with a lot of stiffness or have never done yoga before.

Appreciated the commentary on patience in the context of resilience as I struggled with tech issues partway through. I would have given up without that reminder that patience is key. Great start to the year.

This felt soo good, it was just what I needed to get back into yoga as I have only been practicing intermittently for the last 4 months and feel like I have lost a lot of flexibility in my body. Thank you

I suffer from degenerative disks in my lumbar and cervical spine, and I need to stretch constantly to keep my nerves from being pinched. This class is an excellent tool in my toolbox. Thank you very much!

I have done this quick flow daily since it posted, and as green2u says it really is the first flow I've wanted to commit to memory (and muscle memory.) It's easy to sneak into my day and just the right intensity level. The flow fits just with the breath to build heat and rhythm. Thank you, Fiji, for a nice, fairly basic flow sequence that checks every box.
