I am going to be filming some new classes in Jan....a yin yoga for runners could be awesome! I'll ask my collaborators and we'll try to get it in the line up! And that is so great to hear...the team here is really excited to share yoga and it's so rewarding when we can spread the love :) Happy New Year!

I just found you a couple of weeks ago and you are changing my life. I love how precisely you explain form, without complicating it. That really helps me enjoy doing the poses. And so many routines to choose from! Your voice is calm and soothing, and the audio and video quality is perfect. Thank you, David! Happy New Year!

Thanks for the feedback. I have added a note in the description that includes the fact that it begins with a 15-min guided meditation.

In response to your second comment, there are few videos on our site that don't have some critical comments. It's part of offering up our classes to a wide audience - some people don't like certain styles and that's ok. I do respond to many comments and so do other community members. Are you suggesting that we take a different approach to critical feedback?

I just love Tracy's classes! This is challenging yet brings a message of acceptance. I just found my NY resolutions - no judgement, no opinion, no expectations. Thank you Tracy!

My New Year's resolution is to know this amazing routine by heart (the first routine where I've ever felt this way). Such a nice rhythm about this one; like listening to a familiar tune. Thanks!

I have been working a lot of late and unable to practice as frequently as I'd like and this class was perfect for preparing my body to re-commit to my daily practice again. Very informative and gentle. Great for introducing beginners as a first class, to give them all the basics of alignment to carry on into each pose and to rehash those fundamentals that other new yogi's maybe overlooking.

First off, thank you for posting these at 2 a.m. (for the challenge). I wake up at 2 (since I work at ) and wanted to be able to do a workout or yoga right away and this challenge lined up.
Second, when I saw the title of this and the length I instantly didn't want to do it. I have been trying to start a yoga routine for years and have just consistently done beginner yoga because I have never felt like I've gotten any of that down. For example, staff pose (sitting up straight ) has always been so hard for me. I have always just said it was my weak back and if I ever get around to strengthening it I'll be able to comfortably be in staff pose. Well, today I learned that it wasn't a strength thing and just doing the pose properly and stable!
I have felt the stretches (even down dog!) in ways that I have never felt them before and feel like if I continue to actually work on fundamentals, using videos like this, I will actually be able to move into an advanced practice and actually be able to stick with it! This is only day one, but just feeling the way I do about poses and shifting the mindset really gives me hope. Thank you, David.
