As others have commented, I too expected more of a challenge but as I discovered the challenge is doing the poises correctly and with integrity .Thank you for a beautiful start to the New Year .

Great session. A good recall of basics that should be reviewed even if you have been doing yoga for a while. I had the realization that I had been overextending my toes for a long time now after watching following this video. I also appreciated the breakdown of lower back and core support when doing backbends, mine core support is always in need of work, this was a good reminder of the basics of where I need to draw power.

It is amazing that no matter what shapes we are making, there is not 'edge' in Fiji's breath. I can't imagine how much practise it must've taken to master that!

This class is a slower pace than I'm used to- it was a new challenge in strength and focus. Nice practice for after work!

Not my most favourite Fiji class, but maybe that's just because this was challenging for my leg strength today! I am very thankful for the balance between so many powerful legs poses and having a chance to do that pranayama exercise and the 2 rounds of surya namaskar and the seated forward fold.
