I forgot how clever Fiji sequences a class, and along with her expert diction..........loving this challenge . even though I have a healing shoulder injury and am not able to do some of the things I could do inthe past. It is a great practice! thank you fiji.

I love the transition into Bird of Paradise in this practice. I always seem to struggle with Flying Lizard and similar poses because my knee/leggings slip off my shoulder/shirt. Any recommendations on working with this?

I cannot wipe the smile off my face from trying the challenging poses in this practice. Thank you for the 30 day challenge. Because of the commitment I made to this challenge I am trying things I wouldn't have tried on my own. xo

Fiji is my favorite for her calm, gentle cues as well as her descriptions of not just the physical poses, but the energetic qualities of poses as well.

Five stars because Fiji. Thank you for a short class today; it was challenging especially after 2 days of workouts (I may have been lazy most of December). I hope that I can get to the peak pose someday!

I actually found success in the bird of paradise pose! I don't think I've ever dared to attempt it before - I guess my edge is further than I realized ;) Thank you for the challenge!
