The first time I got really close to completing bird of paradise! Will definitely return to this. Thank you for another wonderful class!

Since I’m a beginning intermediate student some of these poses were beyond me. It’s nice, however, to see what is hopefully in my future!

Good one, need to know different parts like glutes, pelvis etc to do these effectively

I appreciate the slow and detailed instructions of this class. Although, I too was left wanting a bit more.

This was a great way to start the New Year, I wonder if David could mention, where, if you don't happen to have a strap today, you should place your hands and how things should feel during the strap exercise? I will get a strap now!

A bit slow for me.

As usual, Fiji's directions are very clear. Couldn't manage everything but I did the bind which really amazed me! I look forward to doing this class again and again until I master it all.

I love stretching my hips and back at the start of the day. Perfect.

Thank you, David, for this class. The pacing was wonderful for settling into the poses; the reminder of energy and presence in all four directions was just what I needed this morning.

Packed a lot of challenge into a short time, I feel so ready and energized for the day.

Wow, I started breaking out in a sweat during staff pose. Definitely helping to strengthen the lower back - David's must be made of steel!

Challenging class in a short amount of time. Really liked it. also nice balance of instruction and time without talking to really get into the poses

It was good but left me wanting more. Another pose or two to add a bit of fun or energy would have been nice.

Great class David! I'm having a hard time with the subtle movements of lifting the knees and pushing the thighs back or inward...I'm not even sure what you said. :-) Can you pls help? TY

Fiji has a way of guiding us into poses I never thought I'd be able to do - thank you for the gentle and creative transitions!

I love Fuji’s calm voice-even though this was a challenging class. The poses were fun and even though this was a shorter class, we accomplished much! Thank you Fiji!
