Whoho! That was challenging. My rewind button must have broken somewhere, it just worked like the eject ;)

woosh, okay, Maybe I was over ambitious thinking I could do the intermediate challenge. She gets into it quickly and gets you sweating (at least I was). Feels good after even though I had to modify a few things.

After a day of travel (2 hours each way), to sit in a meeting for 90 minutes, this was the perfect way to release tension in back and legs. Surprisingly more challenging than it looks, but feels oh so very good! Thank you!

Hey David, first of all, thank you. Second I had a few questions and I understand if you can't fully answer them:
1) Starting off everything is going well, but at some point my and upper back (which always tight) gets sore and starts to tighten. Do you have any advice on how I could fix this? Is it a common thing when using the abdomen like that to feel the back working or tighten?
2) When I start I do feel that "heat" or head rush when doing the breath hold, but once we start progressing I no longer feel that. Would that mean I'm no longer doing it correctly if, at first, I feel it and then don't?
Thank you!

As always I find myself frustrated, in-between beginners and intermediate. This class for the most part wasn't crazy challenging, until it suddenly was. Still lovely though. Ty

Wow! I can't wait to progress in my practice enough to try the complex options Fiji offers for several of the poses. Until then, my body is quite happy with the baseline for me!
