woosh, okay, Maybe I was over ambitious thinking I could do the intermediate challenge. She gets into it quickly and gets you sweating (at least I was). Feels good after even though I had to modify a few things.

After a day of travel (2 hours each way), to sit in a meeting for 90 minutes, this was the perfect way to release tension in back and legs. Surprisingly more challenging than it looks, but feels oh so very good! Thank you!

Hey David, first of all, thank you. Second I had a few questions and I understand if you can't fully answer them:
1) Starting off everything is going well, but at some point my and upper back (which always tight) gets sore and starts to tighten. Do you have any advice on how I could fix this? Is it a common thing when using the abdomen like that to feel the back working or tighten?
2) When I start I do feel that "heat" or head rush when doing the breath hold, but once we start progressing I no longer feel that. Would that mean I'm no longer doing it correctly if, at first, I feel it and then don't?
Thank you!

As always I find myself frustrated, in-between beginners and intermediate. This class for the most part wasn't crazy challenging, until it suddenly was. Still lovely though. Ty

Wow! I can't wait to progress in my practice enough to try the complex options Fiji offers for several of the poses. Until then, my body is quite happy with the baseline for me!

wow, great practice yet again. Amazing how something as basic as mountain pose and warrior 1 and 2 really tax the body when going so slowly and making sure everything is in proper alignment. I wish I had this class years ago when I first started yoga, I would not have to unlearn all the bad habits now. Thanks so much! Can't wait for the next one!

A climbing injury in my shoulder flared up today while skiing and I almost decided to skip this class. Luckily my husband encouraged me to try, to take it easy, and to give myself the space to stop if necessary. I not only made it through but as always loved it, thanks Fiji.

More challenging for me, I need to work more towards side crow and similar variations, but loved trying anyway

very detailed and thorough. Was a bit slow for me, with little variation, however it is an excellent introduction for anyone just starting yoga, with all the information you need to get those foundation poses correct.
