"David, I developed frozen shoulder syndrome on my right one in January 2013, and went to PT which didn't do much for it....I was recommended to start Yoga right after my left shoulder started to go in July. Although any shoulder pose is challenging (more on left than in my right, which is healing now), I can see the difference during each class.... Today, I did yours for the first time. It wasn't easy - rather painful at times, but I know I have to move slowly and be patient with myself, the truth is that this class is a BLESSING! And the relaxation at the end is exactly what the doctor order to breath the pain away. Thank You. "

"I feel openings in most of my body, not just the hamstrings so if you are short on time, this is a great choice! My only advice is to warm up first. Starting in Fierce Pose feels better to me warmed up. Thank you. "

"this video is underrated! kim has a really nice presence, and if you do the poses correctly and adjust them to accomodate your desired intensity it's a great core workout. i am dealing with some back, hamstring and hip issues lately, and i felt great after doing this + david's deep hamstring/hips release videos. "

"I did not have the strength to get through this session, but I will keep working and come back to this later. The detailed descriptions of each pose were really good, but holding the poses through the descriptions require a bit more strength than I currently can manage. I will definitely keep coming back to this until I can complete the entire session. "

"I have done many yoga DVDs and online videos but I never felt they explained movements properly. This was my first video on this site and it was awesome. Everything was so simple. Yesterday I did a killer leg workout and I woke up this morning pretty sore. The stretches in this video made me feel great in the hamstrings and glutes. Will def be following more videos now that I finally found a good site! "

"I loved this class! I even surprised myself by doing a headstand haha! I loved the image of the center line, I think it is great when a teacher sticks with a concept to focus on all class and Ron definitely does this. Ron is so carefree throughout this practice calling being off balanced, 'dancing.' I also really enjoyed his reminders of not locking into a pose, such as moving your hips in Warrior 1. Thanks Ron! I want more videos from you! Namaste "

"This class was more of a warm-up and/or a cool-down, but there was no middle part. I too would consider this more pilates and just gentle stretching, than I would yoga. Everything was from a seated position. There was never a point of strengthening or heart rate increasing poses -- just mild stretching. "

"I have been needing something like this for awhile now and I'm glad I finally found it. I love running but it kills my hips and my feet. This session will be part of my run routine from now on. I also want to add that you move your body beautifully and that is quite inspiring. "

"This was my first class, and I was surprised at how easy it was to get the hang of each series of poses. Fiji certainly takes the time to explain each pose and way of breathing as you speed up to regular speed. My mind is quiet, but I expect my body will be talking to me tomorrow. "

"I harmed my wrists by lifting weights & doing push ups. Eventually I could not do a push up or certain yoga poses because my wrists hurt badly & this video is turning them around. Definitely definitely need this if you lift heavy. "

"Wow haha this was an intense video. I would not recommend this for someone attempting yoga for the very first time. I've been at it now for a few weeks (and practiced a lot a few years ago.) I can honestly say I made it through to 46 minutes and then fast forwarded to the end for some seated stretches. I am drenched in sweat like the others. I was looking for a more advanced beginner video and I definitely found it! I'm looking forward to trying it again...and again...This will be the video I grow into. Fiji is a wonderful instructor. Thank you so much for the lesson (and the challenge :) "
