"Thank you David! This was my third video and hit all the spots that cause me the most pain. I have trouble with keeping my sacrum aligned, which messes up my hips and low back and everything else by extension. Rocking the baby felt so good, and then the straight leg stretch using the strap to extend my legs away from my body was a huge release for tension built up from all that sitting... Thanks so much. Beautiful music, beautiful location. I even love watching you practice among the geese, haha. :) "

"A minimum to moderate effort, quiet yoga class. If you're looking for a workout that is beyond stretching and includes strength and cardio, this is not the class. It was pleasant, but should not be labeled as power yoga. "

"I've only been a member here for two days, after hearing about DYWM from a friend. This is my first class from this site and it was a great way to start off! I attend my local yoga studio three days per week for a 75 minute Hot Flow, but can't get there more often than that with the hectic schedule of my young family. After practicing with Fiji here I'll be adding this the other four days per week . What a great, full body, multi-level class that can grow with me as I become stronger and more flexible. Thanks for helping me further develop my practice, and Namaste! "
